This past weekend the girls had a sleep-over at Nana and Papa’s. It was Madie’s first and she did great.
When we went to pick them up we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to take some pictures in Papa’s field.

Pretty quiet day around the house today. The girls are a bit under the weather, and the weather is a bit under the norm – so we all stayed home and had a relaxing day.
Here’s a couple of fun shots that were taken some time ago. Hope you enjoy!

The lunar eclipse in February.2008 (as seen from our driveway)
We recently purchased a macro lens which allows us to take pictures of small objects or subjects up close.
For me it’s been great having a chance to capture something that doesn’t move or run away as soon as I hold up the camera.
Here is a picture of a water droplet from a recent rainfall. The specks in the water are granules of sand.
Pretty cool, eh?
